Where We Ship

Maverick CreatriX currently ships within Canada and the United States.
All orders are shipped from our partner studios located in Quebec or Alberta, Canada.

Shipping Methods

Orders are sent through reliable national mail services (Canada Post or USPS), with optional upgrades to DHL Express for faster, tracked delivery at checkout.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing Times

Because each item is made to order, production generally takes 7–14 business days before shipping.
Please allow additional time during holidays or promotional periods.

Duties, Tariffs & Pricing

Orders shipped from Quebec to the United States do not incur duties or import taxes under current trade agreements.
However, certain U.S. orders are subject to tariffs, which are already included in the listed product prices. You may notice higher pricing on these items to reflect those costs:

34.5% – Premium & Slim Fit Tees, Long Sleeves, and Tanks
36.5% – Comfort Tees, Sweaters, Hoodies, and Joggers
50% – Stainless Steel Water Bottles & Tumblers

Delivery & Customs

Orders shipped to the U.S. from Alberta may be subject to import review or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Maverick CreatriX is not responsible for customs delays or postal service interruptions once your order has been shipped.
