• Returns accepted for 30 days

• Customer provides return shipping

• 5% restocking fee

• Not available on final sale items

All Maverick CreatriX pieces are made to order and custom-printed just for you. Because each item is created uniquely and cannot be resold, custom orders are generally non-refundable.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every creation and will always work with you to make things right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

If you notice an error in your order, you can cancel it within 12 hours of purchase.
Cancellations can be made directly from your order confirmation email or through your account dashboard.

Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel the order, as your piece will already be in the process of being handcrafted and printed.

Sizing

Because each garment is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Please double-check your measurements before purchasing and refer to the detailed size guides available on each product page.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives with a printing error, defect, or mechanical flaw that prevents the product from functioning as intended, we will gladly reprint and reship your item.
